As a student in any of Le Cordon Bleu’s programs, you can learn the way to train for professional career in the culinary, hospitality and restaurant industries. Working hands on alongside professional chef instructors, you’ll be taught foundational skills – the fundamentals of classic cooking combined with modern innovations – that you can apply to creating any cuisine. Offering an immersive experience in a creative and supportive environment, you’ll train in industry-equipped kitchens using commercial grade tools and fine ingredients like you’d find in a real restaurant kitchen – and you’ll be surrounded by people who share your passion and encourage your creativity.
At Le Cordon Bleu, you can build the foundation for a career that’s anything but ordinary and offers flexible schedules – including day, evening, weekend, and online classes that can fit your busy life. You may qualify for financial aid programs and/or scholarships. For the 2010-2011 school year, Le Cordon Bleu is offering more than $6.5 in scholarships to qualified students from diverse backgrounds and circumstances. You can even try your skills out by competing in one of the scholarship cooking competitions.
