This Bachelor of Science in Business Administration program equips students with the skills necessary to lead people and processes and grow healthy organizations. In addition to a business and technology foundation, students can gain essential business management competencies.

Broad subject areas include human resource management, organization behavior, marketing, and project risk management. You can earn up to eight CTU Academic Certificates as you work toward the completion of your BSBA in Management degree.

Students with prior college credit, military experience or an Associate's degree may be eligible for the CTU Online Baccalaureate Degree Completion Program. This could accelerate the program and, in some cases, students may complete their degree in as little as 15 months.** CTU Online students with no previous college experience can complete the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree program in about 30 months.

**The 2+2 program assumes that all associate-level requirements have been met through an Associate's degree or the equivalent.

Bachelor of Science in Technology Management

The Bachelor of Science in Technology Management is focused on teaching students how to integrate technical knowledge with management principles to solve real-world problems. These skills, amongst others taught in the curriculum, can help provide you with the qualifications to pursue positions requiring key management functions, whether in a small business setting (as proprietor, partner, or supervisor) or within a large company that provides a variety of supervisory or management positions to its technical staff.

The BSTM is offered to students with an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in a technology related field from a two-year college with which Colorado Technical University has an articulation agreement covering this specific degree opportunity.

When you graduate, the following employment outcomes may be possible:

• Advancement potential in a current technical trades career, where additional business or management skills are necessary
• The opportunity to pursue a sole-proprietor or partnership business in a selected technical trade area, based on the technical skills acquired in the transferred AAS degree plus the business and management skills acquired in the BSTM core
• The opportunity to pursue a career in a technically-focused company where having bachelor’s degree is preferred
