The AIU Online Associate of Arts in Business Administration degree features a concentration in Human Resources. This degree program expands on the real-world general business skills taught in the AABA degree program with specific skills needed for human resource administration.

In this real-world curriculum, students gain the knowledge needed to determine human resource needs, recruit candidates for positions and select candidates to fill positions. Coursework also covers employee benefits programs, compensation and incentive plans, and the application of team building and conflict resolution to solve problems within an organization.

AIU Online's accelerated AABA program curriculum has also been carefully designed to provide a seamless transition into the AIU Online Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management degree program.
