The AIU Online Associate of Arts in Business Administration degree features a concentration in Human Resources. This degree program expands on the real-world general business skills taught in the AABA degree program with specific skills needed for human resource administration.

In this real-world curriculum, students gain the knowledge needed to determine human resource needs, recruit candidates for positions and select candidates to fill positions. Coursework also covers employee benefits programs, compensation and incentive plans, and the application of team building and conflict resolution to solve problems within an organization.

Students who complete the AABA in Human Resources will have acquired an up-to-date knowledge that can help prepare them to pursue interesting jobs such as Benefits Administrator, Personnel Assistant, Human Resources Coordinator, Personnel Recruiter and many other in-demand professions.
