The mission of this curriculum is to inspire lifelong nursing leadership that will improve the quality of healthcare for individuals and communities. The course of study focuses on helping students understand how to revamp workforce management, provide resources and support for professional nursing practice, and facilitate nurse participation in shaping and improving the cost and quality of patient care. Students are immersed in scholarly activities that address wellness, health promotion and acute or chronic care services.
